In one-on-one counseling, trust is the most important ingredient in our work together. I provide a safe, comfortable environment for your self-exploration—and am here to guide and support you, whatever your goals and needs may be. If you’re struggling with stress, anxiety, or depression, going through a difficult transition or loss, navigating complicated feelings, or dealing with relationship, family, or work issues, individual therapy is an excellent way to resolve challenging circumstances and to feel better.
I offer both short-term, solution-focused counseling and longer-term therapy, and I typically meet with individuals once or twice per week, depending on your needs.
